During the Marhaba 2026 Operation (June 5 – September 15), the Mohammed V Foundation runs a 24/7 assistance system for MRE. Here is the verified official directory of emergency numbers to keep during your trip.

Mohammed V Foundation hotline (official)

This hotline handles: medical assistance at ports, roadside assistance, incident reporting, requests for temporary accommodation for MRE in transit, support for MRE in difficulty.

ADII — Moroccan Customs

  • For: 25,000 MAD holiday allowance, 180-day Temporary Vehicle Admission, AT proxy, 100,000 MAD cash declarations, D16ter form.

These consulates issue temporary travel documents in case of lost or stolen passport during the trip and deliver consular civil status documents.

Services: boarding assistance, translation, health assistance, first aid, incident reporting.

Documents to keep on you

  • Passport or CNIE valid ≥ 6 months after the return date
  • Vehicle registration (if traveling by car)
  • International insurance (green card or Moroccan border insurance)
  • Driving license valid 5+ years
  • If under medication: prescription + original boxes
